Building on last week’s SHIFT method, we explored how real growth isn’t about never losing your calm — it’s about learning to return to it more quickly and easily each time.
Through reflection, discussion, and guided practice, we learned how to recognize when we’ve left our centered state, how to pause and breathe our way back, and how to make “returning to calm” a natural part of daily life.
