A single-car accident occurred in Spring Valley on Dutch Lane between Van Orden Avenue and Route 59, where a vehicle struck a utility pole. Spring Hill EMS and Spring Valley Police responded to the scene, and Orange & Rockland was called to repair the damaged utility pole. Minor injuries were reported.
