Synopsis White City: White City is an epic-thriller movie/series in a style of noir genre and comics. It occurs in the future city of Tel-Aviv, at times when chaos and despair flood the country The economy and bank systems have failed and collapsed. The government broke up and an interim corrupt Government, who has no intention to stop the crisis, is being ruled by scrupulous villain elements who gained power Due to these crisis, over a million additional citizens joined the vicous cycle of poverty.
