On this sad day of Tisha B'av, we are privileged to bear witness to an inspiring testimony from Mr. Norman Frajman, a survivor from the Warsaw Ghetto in Poland. Mr. Frajman's journey embodies the very essence of resilience and the unyielding spirit that prevails even in the darkest of times. Norman Frajman's story is a testament to the courage of those who endured the horrors of the Warsaw Ghetto uprising. During World War II, in the face of unimaginable oppression and suffering, the Jewish inhabitants of the Warsaw Ghetto rose against their oppressors in a brave and valiant act of resistance. The uprising, which began on April 19, 1943, was a symbol of defiance, with the inhabitants fighting with whatever little means they had. Though the uprising was ultimately suppressed by the overwhelming Nazi forces, it remains an enduring symbol of the unyielding spirit of the Jewish people.
