A Message from the composer: Hey guys! I wrote this song because I was feeling like there’s so much we can do that we don’t always do. It feels sometimes as if we can’t get to the level of a relationship with Hashem that we’d like… I was having a moment like that when I went to clear my head by a Rebbi of mine as he suddenly started reading the Mesilas Yesharim; “ואמנם כבר ידעת (Now you already know) שהנרצה יותר בעבודת הבורא יתברך שמו (that what’s most wanted in the service of the creator blessed is His name) הוא חפץ הלב ותשוקת הנשמה (is the desire of ones heart to do as Hashem pleases and the yearning of their soul to get closer to him)”.
