Avrohom Balti is a Breslover Hasid from Jerusalem and a student of Avrum Burstein. a well-known Israeli klezmer revivalist Avrum Burstein is the founder and leader of the Jerusalem Klezmer Association. Its mission: to bring together Yiddish and Hebrew melodies originated in Eastern Europe close to a 1000 years ago Avrohom Balti came to Avrum Burstein at the age of 14, asking him to be taught the secrets of klezmer. Since that day he has become a great clarinetist performing worldwide.
