A head-on crash occurred on Chestnut Ridge Road near Red Schoolhouse Road in Chestnut Ridge. Hatzoloh, Faist EMS, Rockland Paramedics, and Ramapo Police responded to the scene. Three individuals were injured in the accident and were transported to the hospital.
