I wanted to create the ultimate oversized ice cream illusion a gigantic vanilla ice cream bar frozen in time mid melt like a Pop Art sculpture. he entire piece is flipped upside down and dripping onto the stand to create the illusion of gravity taking over the sculpture. 🍦🍫 The inside of the real version is made with a silky Tahitian vanilla soft serve paired with a rich vanilla soft caramel, all coated in a crisp dark chocolate shell.
