Tikvatenoe (Our Hope) is an institution based in Antwerp, Belgium whose mission can be described as providing the best possible care, encouraging the development opportunities and ensuring the highest possible quality of life to the child respectively and adults with a mental handicap or a mental disability, In this way it seeks a major role to play in providing opportunities for children (adults) with disabilities to remain part of everyday reality.

עין לא נשארה יבשה, כאשר ילדי אירופה, ובתוכם ילדי בני העיר אנטווערפן שבבלגיה, השתתפו בערב מרגש למען מוסד “תקוותנו” מוסד שהוא בית בשבילם. מוסד שמאכלס בתוכו כמאה ילדים בעלי צרכים מיוחדים.
הציבור הכללי לקח חלק בערב היוקרתי שנערך באולם “בית רחל” לשם התקבצו כחמש מאות איש, אשר באו לתת מהונם ומזמנם למענם ולמען המוסד שנוטל בעיקר את העול הכספי של ההורים היקרים, אשר צריכים להתמודד עם ילד מיוחד בביתם, כאשר בלי מוסד זה לא יוכלו הם להרים משא כה כבד.
את הערב הנעימו הזמר החסידי הר”ר דוד קאליש בהופעה חיה מרגשת מאין כמוהו עם מיטב הלהיטים מפרי יצירתו, יחד עם צוות של 18 נגנים, וחברי מקהלת "חסידים" של ר' משה דמן
