QUEEN - 4th single off my upcoming EP "Broken Heroes". Spotify - https://ln.run/DwITO I wrote this song a few years ago and finished recording it right before the war. There is no better time to release this song. The song is about when Mordechai tells Queen Esther, "כִּי אִם-הַחֲרֵשׁ תַּחֲרִישִׁי, בָּעֵת הַזֹּאת--רֶוַח וְהַצָּלָה יַעֲמוֹד לַיְּהוּדִים מִמָּקוֹם אַחֵר, וְאַתְּ וּבֵית-אָבִיךְ תֹּאבֵדוּ" ("If you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish") It's about that pivotal moment when Queen Esther decides to stand up and do what's right for her people. What continues to give so many people, myself included, strength during these times is amazing people. I feel everybody here in Israel, as well as communities around the world, have answered Mordechai's challenge with such awe-inspiring bravery.
