A driver was arrested for DWI after crashing into another vehicle on Route 45 near Refuah, then attempting to flee before crashing into a ditch further down the road. Ramapo Police, the Rockland County Sheriff’s Office, Hatzoloh, and Spring Hill EMS responded, with one patient transported to Nyack for treatment.
