Dear friends,
Tonight the menorah is full. זאת חנוכה. This is Chanukah.
The very first question Hashem ever asked humanity was simple and eternal: איכה — Where are you? Where are you with your thoughts, your dreams, your hopes, your relationship with Me?
Tonight we stand with all thirty-six lights we’ve kindled, the same number as the numerical value of the question itself. Because tonight we are no longer only being asked — we are answering.
This is where I am.
This is who I am.
When all the light comes together, the real self can finally show up. May the light we taste tonight shine brighter than ever in our hearts and souls, and may it be the answer the world has been waiting for.
