As temperatures soared, people slowly made their way up the hill to the kever of Shmuel HaNavi outside of Ramot in Jerusalem to daven on the day of his yartzheit. While more than a thousand people are expected to arrive this evening at the kever, this year the organizational capacity of the usually tumultuous yearly event has so far proved to be successful.
