A vehicle crashed into a tractor-trailer on Route 208 corner Captain Carpenter drive, and then spun into the woods at the side of the road. Blooming Grove Police, Blooming Grove EMS, South Blooming Grove Fire Department, and Salisbury Mills Fire Department responded to the scene.
