לפני כשנתיים הוזמנתי להופיע בשבת בר מצוה בלונדון. כאשר חתן בר המצוה סיים את הקריאה שרנו לו ורקדנו והגבאי התחיל להקריא את המי שברך המיוחד לחתן בר המצוה. באותו רגע שאלתי את עצמי איך יכול להיות שעדיין לא הלחינו את המילים הנפלאות האלה ותמיד הגבאי רק קורא אותן כבדרך אגב... מיד שלחתי את הקטע המדובר למספר מלחינים מובילים.
לאחר המון גירסאות קיבלתי מידידי המוכשר מאיר בן דרור את הלחן שלפניכם והוספתי לו חלק קצבי שהלחנתי.
על העיבוד וההפקה המושקעת האחד והיחיד, שי ברק.
אחרון חביב, בני נתנאל היקר, שתרם את קולו המתוק והופך להיות הדור שלישי ששר במשפחת אולמן.
אני כבר יכול לשמוע את הגבאי מתחיל לשיר את המילים היפות האלו והקהל מצטרף אליו בשירה אדירה לכבוד בר המצוה...

Two years ago I was invited to perform in a Shabbat Barmitzva in London.
When the Barmitzva boyfinished reading the Torah, we sang and danced.
Then the gabai read the special ״מי שברך״ for the Barmitzva boy.
At that moment I asked myself how it could be possible that no one had ever composed these amazing words.
I sent the words to a few famous composers.
After getting many different samples, I chose the composition of my good friend
Meir Ben Dror.
With few touches of myself, we came with this result !!!!
The amazing arrangement and production was done by the one and only
Shy Barak.
And for the first time, my son Netanel is singing with me, this makes me a proud and an excited father!!!
I can hear the gabai in every shul starting to sing this melody
with all the crowd joining him together to make it
the new barmitzva anthem.
