Ah, Barolo, one of Italy’s finest wines! Made from Nebbiolo in the hills of Piedmont, the wine must be aged for a minimum of 36 months, of which at least 18 months in wood. @drralphm_the_wine_doctor and @negrettiwines are going to bring us a phenomenal example, but patience, it’s going to be another few years before we can get our hands on it.
L’chaim and Shana Tova!
