At 11:30 PM on Saturday, a motorcyclist was found unconscious and heavily bleeding on Still Road in Monroe. The wreckage of the motorcycle indicated a severe crash, though the cause remains under investigation.
Monroe EMS, Kiryas Joel Hatzalah, Monroe Fire Department, and State Police responded swiftly to the scene. Due to the severity of the motorcyclist’s injuries, a medevac was requested, and the victim was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center for urgent care.
