One quiet day, Levy Yitzchok Leifer sat with his revered “moire derech”, Rabbi Yaakov Yosef Spitzer, when the Rabbi began humming a soulful melody under his breath. Captivated, Levy asked, “What is this song?” The Rabbi replied simply, “Something I composed a long time ago.” Levy immediately felt the power of the tune and knew it needed to be shared. He reached out to his lifelong friend Isaac Paneth, and together—with the musical talents of Gershy Shcwarcz and the creative vision of edgware studios—they began shaping it into something special. They brought in the renowned Hasidic singer Yakov Shlomo Gross and a the well known community figure Shimon Simkowitz together with the talented Zingerei Choir to help bring this vision to life.
