An accident involving a State Trooper vehicle, that responded to a previous accident, resulted in the trooper suffering injuries on Seven Springs Mountain Road. Kiryas Joel Hatzalah, Monroe Fire Department, Monroe EMS, Chaveirim, Kiryas Joel Fire Department, Blooming Grove Police, Woodbury Police, and the Orange County Sheriff Department all responded to the scene, where the officer was treated for injuries. The roadway will remain closed as the accident is being investigated.
