Some eat compulsively, others shop or order online beyond their budget and others cannot stop working or even exercising. We can all benefit from learning more about addiction and compulsive behavior. We cannot and must not brush addiction under the carpet. We all owe those struggling with addiction or in recovery to build a community of sensitivity, warmth and support. Our community lost a very special young man to this dreaded disease earlier this year. Jonathan W. was bright, artistic, loving, humble and deeply devoted to his family.
