Is Your Judaism Antisemitism ?
Description
I want to ask a question that might feel uncomfortable — even politically incorrect — but it needs to be asked. Why is so much of modern Jewish conversation dominated by antisemitism? Articles, podcasts, panels, WhatsApp chats, campaigns, conferences — all revolving around one theme: how to fight it, how to respond to it, how to survive it. But something deeper is going on. Why is it that those most deeply rooted in Torah, tefillah, and mitzvos are often less consumed by it… while those less connected to daily Torah life seem to be the most emotionally and publicly engaged? Maybe the answer is uncomfortable: When Torah is no longer the center of Jewish identity, something else fills the void — and antisemitism becomes that substitute. It becomes the battleground. It becomes the identity marker. It becomes the proof of “I am Jewish.” But Judaism was never meant to be defined by what we are fighting against. It was meant to be defined by what we are building. This episode is not about ignoring antisemitism — it is about refusing to let it define us. Because Jewish strength was never meant to come from louder responses to the world… but from deeper connection to Hashem, Torah, and mitzvos. Antisemitism doesn’t define us. Torah does. #hilleleisenberg #JudaismOnFire #JewishIdentity #Torah #Antisemitism #JewishPride #Faith #SpiritualGrowth #KlalYisrael #Chizuk #JewishThought #TorahLife #Inspiration #Meaning #Emunah #JewishWisdom
