Car hits a parked car in a snowy parking spot and lost control, driving onto the sidewalk.

Description

A driver struck another parked vehicle while pulling out of a snow-covered parking spot on 59th Street and 19th Avenue. While reversing, the car lost control and accelerated onto the sidewalk. No injuries were reported.
