Jews from all walks of Israeli society came to a standstill at eleven o'clock in the morning as a siren sounded in commemoration on Yom HaZikaron - Israeli Remembrance Day. The Bar Ilan junction in Jerusalem is a melting pot of Israeli society, a place where both secular Israelis and Ultra-Orthodox Haredim transverse, yet for two minutes, all stood united in memory of the fallen soldiers who protected their nation.
