EDITORIAL - Baltimore, MD - Oct. 16 - The five community associations in Northwest Baltimore (Cheswolde, Cross Country, Fallstaff, Glen and Mt. Washington) are projected to receive $20 Million dollars of Slots money over the next 15 years.
