During our recent trip to Texas, we had the pleasure of meeting Yehuda Istrin, the owner of Holy Wagyu, at his partner's ranch. We were fortunate to be given a tour of the ranch, chat with the ranchers, and learn about the process of raising Kosher Wagyu cows.
Our conversation covered a wide range of interesting topics, including the unique process of Kosher Wagyu, Yehuda's perspective as a Jewish cattle owner, and debunking common stereotypes associated with Wagyu beef.
