Each year, Ari Goldwag leads a special Mincha service on Purim at the Ahavas Shalom synagogue in Ramat Beit Shemesh, Israel. The service incorporates elements of the nusach (tune) of each of the different times on the Jewish calendar - Shabbos, Rosh Chodesh/Yom Tov, High holidays - in recognition of the fact that Yom Kippur is referred as a yom k'purim - a day 'like purim.' Popular melodies are also incorporated into the appropriate blessings, as well.
