The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect who is wanted in connection to a robbery which occurred within the confines of the 70th Precinct. Details are as follows: On Tuesday, September 9th, 2014 at approximately 1450 hours, an unidentified suspect did follow and approach a male victim from behind while walking on the corner of Bay Avenue and Ocean Avenue. The suspect then grabbed the 57-year-old male's arm and removed his wallet from his rear pants pocket. The victim's wallet contained credit cards and approximately $1,000 in cash. The suspect then fled in unknown direction.
