The recipe for Latkes:
5-6 small potatoes grated and squeezed
One onion grated and squeezed
2 eggs
Half a cup of flour
Teaspoon of salt
Teaspoon baking soda
A little black pepper
oil
Mix all the ingredients together, and carefully fry for about 5 minutes on each side
