The event holds special significance as the Sefer Torah was donated by an Einikel of the Tzaddik Reb Hertzka'la of Ratzfert, זי"ע. Reb Hertzka'la was known as a Poel Yeshuos to countless Yidden who came to the Tzaddik for his Brachos. His memory is still alive, and to this day, many Yidden experience yeshuos in his Zechus, by coming and devening at his Tzion. Reb Hertzkala’s yahrzeit falls on Erev Yom Kippur, and Yidden continue to visit his kever in Ratzfert year after year, and staying over for Yom Kippur in the Hachnosas Orchim of Raztfert. In honor of Reb Hertzka'la’s memory, his Einikel, R’ Chaim Avrum Brach, donated this Sefer Torah. This Hachnosas Sefer Torah was a truly special moment, bringing Torah and joy back to town with deep connections to the tzadik. Stay tuned for a more detailed look at this day of Simcha, Tefillah and joy! צפו ברגעים המיוחדים ממעמד היסטורי: "הכנסת ספר תורה" בעיר ראצפערט שבהונגריה. התרגשו מריקודים שירה ושמחה בפעם הראשונה שמעמד כזה נערך בתקופה של יותר משמונים שנה! המאורע המופלא הזה התקיים בעשרת ימי תשובה תשפ"ה, כאשר מאות יהודים מכל קצווי תבל התקבצו יחד לשמוח בשמחת התורה. וידאו זה הוא רק סקירה קצרה אל יום זה המלא בקדושה ושמחה, ובעז"ה תצא בקרוב הצגה מפורטת יותר של המעמד הנשגב. ספר התורה נתרם על ידי נכד של הצדיק רבי הירצקא'לע מ'ראצפערט, זי"ע. רבי הירצקא'לע היה מפורסם כפועל ישועות לרבבות יהודים שבאו אצלו להיפקד בדבר ישועה ורחמים. ועד עצם היום הזה רבים זוכים לישועות נפלאות בזכותו, בעת שבאים לשפוך שיח על ציון הקדוש. יומא דהילולא קדישא של רבי הירצקא'לע זי"ע חל בערב יום הכיפורים, ומדי שנה מגיעים מספר של חסידים ואנשי מעשה על ציונו הקדוש בראצפערט ונשארים על יום הכיפורים בבית הכנסת אורחים סמוך ונראה לציון הקדוש. לכבוד זכרו של רבי הירצקא'לע, נתרם ספר תורה זה על ידי נכדו, ר' חיים אברהם בראך. בהמשך יצא לאור בעז"ה הצגה מפורטת על יום זה המלא שמחה, תפילה וששון!
