Masses made their way on erev rosh chodesh to Har Hamenuchos on the first yarzheit of HaRav Yosef Shalom Elyashiv ZT"L. Due to the large number of vehicles headed in that direction, traffic slowed to a crawl, causing major backups into Givat Shaul. Despite the increase volume and multiple requests, Egged stuck to its schedule of one bus per hour to and from the Central Bus Station, causing many people to miss the bus as it was quickly filled.
