This second class on this Ma'amar, begins our explortion Perek 16 of the Previous Rebbe's Ma'amar basi Legani, it is intent on explaining the אוצר למעלה, the Suppernal Treasure (given to generals for the sake of the foot-soldiers who are waging the war to bring Moshiach). The treasure IS the higher level of אור אין סוף which is עילאה על כל עילאין סתימא דכל סתימין hidden away absolutely. This class begins with the Rebbe explains that the concept of Or Ein Sof l’Maalah Ad Ein Ketiz ul’Mata Ad Ein Tachlis למעלה עד אין קץ ולמטה עד אין תכלית is not two aspects of one idea called Or Ein Sof אור אין סוף, but that there’s two levels of Or Ein Sof אור אין סוף – a higher level and a lower level. The Rebbe deduces from this that we’re not talking about Yecholes יכולת, which is an Or אור that doesn’t exist, we’re talking about Or אור which already exists as a Metzius מציאות (form), which is why there are two levels, and the two levels are very far apart. One level is G-dliness that shows itself in the world, until the lowest worlds. The other level is so hidden that not only don’t we have it, we’ll never have it; it’s not even B’Geder Gilui בגדר גילוי – it doesn’t even have the possibility of ever being revealed. The Rebbe connects it to the idea of Ant Hu Ila’ah Al Kol Ila’in, Stima Al Kol Stimin אנת הוא עילאה על כל עילאין, סתימא על כל סתימין, which is in the beginning of Pasach Eliyahu, and brings from the Mitteler Rebbe that these are the same levels Ant Hu Chad V’Lo B’Chushban אנת הוא חד ולא בחושבן or one level lower, but it’s (1) G-dliness as a Metzius מציאות rather than Yecholes יכולת – but (2) it’s G-dliness as a Metzius מציאות which is so completely removed that it’s never ever possible for it to be revealed. The Rebbe gives a Moshol from teaching, there’s what you teach to the student, what you don’t teach to the student and the student will come to, and what the student will never reach on his own, that third idea is the Moshol for this level.
