This is Part 2 of the visit to Lakefront Estates, where Yoilish joined the Lakefront Estates team together with over 20 interested couples for an in-depth look at what’s being built here.

In this segment, among many other moments, Yoilish accompanied Yidel Perlstein inside one of the homes, offering a closer walkthrough and a better feel for the space, scale, and atmosphere of the residences being planned.

Later in the video, the Yoilish arrived at the location where the Mosdos are beginning construction. There, the Menahel, Harav Erental, and Asken Harav Mayar Hersh Berger addressed the meaning and holiness of this site, sharing words about chinuch, community growth, and the long-term vision for Lakefront Estates — a meaningful moment that added depth to the visit.

Lakefront Estates spans 550 acres in Okeechobee, Florida, and is being developed as a full, vibrant heimishe community, featuring:
• Single-family homes, multi-family units, and larger luxury layouts
• Waterfront living and rim-front boating access
• Office and commercial space for local businesses
• Planned schools: cheder, girls school, high school, yeshiva, and kollel
• Shuls, mikvah, and essential community infrastructure
• Shopping center, grocery, medical center, Hatzolah and Chaverim services
• Less than 90 minutes from Boca, Palm Beach, and Orlando
Add to that:
