No Matter What You’re Feeling

So much of life happens fast.

And before we realize it, we’ve already responded — or shut down.

That’s why change can feel so hard.

In this Wednesday night class, we slow the process down so we can see it clearly — and eventually live it consciously.

We explore four simple questions that help you move from automatic reaction to intentional choice:

1. What am I telling myself right now?

2. What does that make me feel in my body?

3. What do I usually do when I feel this?

4. How do I want to show up right now?

This practice isn’t about changing thoughts or fixing emotions.
It’s about restoring choice — the moment where freeze turns into movement, and awareness turns into flow.

As Viktor Frankl taught, between stimulus and response there is a space.
This class is about learning how to find that space — first by slowing things down, and over time, in real life moments.

This framework applies everywhere:

writing or creating

exercising

difficult conversations

anxiety and overwhelm

relationships

spiritual growth

feeling stuck or frozen

We slow it down so we can eventually do it faster — consciously.
