Most of our lives happen in the heat of the moment.
A thought appears.
A feeling hits the body.
And before we realize it, we’ve reacted — or shut down.

In this Wednesday night class, we explored how to act consciously in that moment, instead of waiting for fear, tension, or discomfort to disappear.

This class builds on the previous weeks, where we learned:

how to notice the story the mind tells

how that story shows up as sensation in the body

how to recognize the moment of choice (lean in or lean out)

This week, we took the next step.

We focused on:

why waiting to feel “ready” keeps us stuck

the difference between choosing an outcome vs choosing a direction

how one small, intentional action restores movement and flow

how to act in alignment while discomfort is still present

This is not about forcing yourself, fixing emotions, or pushing through fear.
It’s about learning how to respond instead of react — and how conscious action creates clarity, confidence, and momentum over time.

Flow doesn’t come from feeling ready.
It comes from choosing how to show up.
