Last night, a sharp-eyed BoroPark24 reporter spotted a box of apparent law-enforcement uniforms along the tracks near 37th Street and 9th Avenue, with what looked like a highway police badge visible inside. Police said the gear appeared authentic but abandoned and pointed out that the amount of clothing and the variety of uniforms suggested the individual may have served for many years and across multiple departments - raising questions about why the equipment was discarded in such a disrespectful manner.
