The new Torah, in memory of Rabbi Moshe Kotlarsky OB"M, Vice Chairman of Merkos L'Inyonei Chinuch, was escorted from his home to Chabad Lubavitch World Headquarters by Family, Friends and Hundreds of community members. Hakafos were completed in the Lubavitcher Rebbes Room, followed by singing and dancing.
