These words (Gen. 48:16) are from the blessing of Jacob to the sons of Joseph. This song is a personal highlight. As a child I performed it numerous times at graduations, weddings, and Bar Mitzvahs. It always gave me the feeling that this blessing is being conveyed to the assembled. Composed by legendary contemporary composer Abie Rotenberg.
