If we really felt that each and every member of Klal Israel has a unique mission and collectively the Jewish people are the ones tasked with holding up the world of morality and ethical behavior in the world. And the entire world is relying on us, then I need you and you need me. Every Jew has a part to play so therefore there is no reason to argue and bicker with one another.
