• 4 medium red peppers• 3 garlic cloves• 1 cup mayonnaise• 2 tablespoons honey• 2 tablespoons tahina paste• 1½ teaspoons salt• 1 tablespoon paprika• 2 tablespoons lemon juiceRoast 2 of the 4 peppers at 450°F (230°C) for 10–15 minutes, until nicely charred — we want a good char.Then blend everything together: the 2 roasted peppers, the 2 raw peppers, and all remaining ingredients.Smooth, sweet, smoky, and packed with flavor.
