Ingredients:
Cedar Wood Shingle
Side of FRESH Salmon
Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder and Honey
Instructions:
1. Soak Cedar Wood in water for about :45 min
2. Pre - Heat grill to 450ยฐ
3. Place side of Salmon on the wood
4. Sprinkle on Salt, Black Pepper and Garlic Powder (let it sit until spices are moist)
5. Place on Grill for 12-14min
6. Glaze with Honey after
